However, customer service didn't care one bit that due to their defective bottle and manufacturing, I lost an entire bottle of frankincense. Horrible poor poor customer service. Going to blame it on the customer that the bottle was defective. Do not order from them.”

“I use the oils to make lotions, salves and serums. Helped me to finally be free of commercial skincare products and make simple 1.2.3 ingredient mixes of my own. My skin loves the oils and I use the frankincense, myrrh and helichrysum with castor oil/jojoba oil for pain massage. Works wonders. Always get what I order - no leakage or damage, but I realize that can happen in shipping anything liquid.
For the BOGO complainers …Never had a BOGO problem. The offer works same as in store. But you need to buy 2 of the same size and not put a smaller oz product with the order or only the small one will be free. It’s same or lesser value, so keep the lesser value out of your cart for goodness sake! Do a couple different orders if you need too…buy smart and quit complaining.”

“I have purchased from Vitality Extracts before - not any issues. I just received a coupon code of HAPPY which will allow me to BOGO with no limits & mix and match. The coupon code does not work - it took $40 off of a $280 order. Then they send me a coupon code for 35% off anything site wide (good for only 24 hours) - it took $1 off an $80 order. They have yet to get back with me on either issue. Needless to say, I did not order from them & do not plan to order from them in the future. Customer Service never answers the phone when you call. “Well I ordered bogo didn’t happen! When I opened my package I could smell the oils in the mailbox! I open the package and the cap was not tight and the bottle fell out of my hand and dumped all over the counter! Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought! They won’t get me again !”
