We took out a warranty with this firm after the initial 6 months the garage gave expired. I am still in shock about the inconsistence, untruthfulness, and the sarcasm with which the claim we presented had be handled. I think they are expert in claims avoidance. My garage submitted a quote of just over £1000 and they approved only £316 of which I have to pay £315 before they will pay out, what a coincidence eh? All I have to conclude with is.... 'buyer beware'. I should be cancelling the warranty and demanding back all the premiums I have paid thus far. They I should pay the garage for the repairs myself. The USB control is not covered, the wiper pump is not covered, and electric windows is not covered. So what is covered under the warranty?.... 'Not A Lot' I feel disappointed and deceived.
