We purchased premier cover when we bought our 5 years old car from a dealership. We were given a small leaflet stating it’s basically covered for everything so we went with it and paid it for the whole year. Thank God we didn’t get longer cover!!!!! Half a year later the Clock Spring broke (not a wear and tear item) which needs and part of the steering wheel, needs for the horn to work as well. Steering wheel and horn is covered by the warranty. Yet we were refused on it because according to them this particular part isn’t covered despite the fact that the horn itself alone can’t work without it and also it’s in the steering wheel. No nasty surprise they say on the website. Well think again! Thank you for your wonderful service! You’ll find everything possible so you don’t have to honour your part of the deal! Reported you to trading standards as well since it’s a misleading advertising!
