Got sold a warranty when purchasing a new vehicle, told it was £300 actual charge was £600 Was told I would be sent an information pack via post this never came, I had several issues throughout the length of the plan, had to pay for them all myself, when a major cost occurred I tried to contact the company, but communications were shut down. Delaying the process until after the warranty had expired. Warranty First believe talking to someone is a luxury, they should be called Customer Last. There was never any intention of contacting me as described by the approved Commission based sales man who will lie through there teeth to get there commission at the customers expense. Complete con job making claiming anything bureaucratic, long winded and frustrating in the hope that they will not make a claim. DO Not USE
