+1 staff were accommodating over email on our ordering situation (University payment option) etc
-1 staff were often very slow or lacked response and needed multiple prompts
-1 shipping details (delivery times, waitlist times, product availability, pick up options) limited
-1 getting too expensive - changed prices in the middle of our purchasing procedures, our initial quote was at around 3-4k (3 poles) but then jumped to 4-5k when we reached out to purchase (within the span of a few months - drastic change).
