Dreadful! Ordered furniture from Big Furniture Warehouse 5 August 2022. Arrived at XDP depot 6/8. Used tracking app. 11/8 delivery scheduled pm. Never arrived. Email received 'Service fail notification. 12/8 back at depot. 15/8 still at depot. Contacted BFW they said their XDP tracker stated out for delivery 15/8. Doesn't show on my tracker. Today 16/8 my tracker still shows 15/8 08:45:38 Items at depot. Trading standards next option I feel!
