Was very skeptical at first, however when I received the watches, yes plural I was very impressed with the quality and look. One of the watches had a scratch/crack and I called Xeric for a return. They processed the return with no hassle and sent me a new one. Excellent service and great quality. Keep it up and keep innovating new fun designs.
