I don't feel safe about buying watches from you anymore. Just bought my third Xeric watch and again it was sent without "Signature required" delivery. Took me 3 days to find it because a neighbor had taken it. You treat your luxury watches like it's any ordinary object. You might as well sell staplers instead. How can you feel confident enough to send a $300 to $1000 unique piece of jewelry in the mail?! It will be a long time before you're considered a sophisticated brand.
