I love Xeric watches. Currently, I own 7, including an original, limited edition Xeriscope. I am waiting on the delivery of my 8th, and that’s my only hang-up with ordering watches from Xeric direct.
Xeric is incredibly responsive, their customer service outpaces their competition, but their shipping partners are inconsistent. I have never had a positive experience with DHL—with Xeric or anywhere else—and this has been no exception. My package was, presumably, lost over the holiday and had to be reordered. It was a gift my wife got me and wasn’t able to give me on Christmas, and it isn’t here yet (almost two weeks later). Both Route and Xeric were responsive over the holiday, which is more than I could have expected or had asked for, but I still don’t have my new watch. It’s frustrating, and I feel what Xeric could do, they’ve done.
Again, I’d encourage anyone reading this to get a Xeric watch from Xeric. They’re great: they’re sure-fire conversation starters that are built to last and enjoy for a long time. If you have issues, they will work to have them corrected, and I have no doubt you’ll be satisfied with the piece when it arrives.
