The watches arrived and I was particularly delighted by the Tourbillon. The Trappist-1 in rose gold was a little underwhelming due to the lack of contrast making it slightly difficult to read the time. But it was a nice watch as well and overall I am happy with the watches. an area to improve would be on having a step by step monitoring of the delivery and a more personalised customer communication method. Another area is the quality of the packaging. While the tourbillon case was nice, but the sponge inside was loose, and it didnt come with a warranty card. The Trappist 1 came with a warranty card but it wasn’t filled in or stamped. It gives both watches the look of unauthenticness which is a no-no in watch collecting. Overall more care should be taken in packaging such beautiful watches. Would love to buy more watches from xeric when the opportunity allows.
