Purchased the new Inverter 2 for my husband’s birthday. When the time came to give it to him it turns out it runs slow. Like losing an hour a day slow. Contacted customer service and was told how to make sure it’s wound (we have at least 75 automatic watches between us and we know how to use/maintain them). Replied back that it’s still having issues and haven’t heard anything back since. Extremely disappointed that qa was non existent on this one and customer service has thus far been poor. We just want it replaced and haven’t heard anything more back from them.
