Customer service brilliant, always answered my questions within a couple of days which is good as they are on "Hong Kong" time. Product shipped promptly. Main problem with the product is it does not have any fitting instructions. The cables are labelled but there are multiple cables with the same labelling, for example, there are 3 x “Aux in L” and 3 x “Aux in R” and no information to where they connect so it ends up “trial and error” In total there are 38 individual cables so its quite a job. I downloaded a photo from a chap on the internet which gave more clues to where they connect to which helped.
