Avoid using this company at all costs,waited in all day and watched tracking till I was next customer then received email that sorry missed you and calling card left? Customer service useless don’t waste your time contacting them the whole company seems to thrive on pissing off the customer and making sure you don’t get what you want when it’s due. Also went to yodel depot to collect parcel after confirmation email from company saying it’s ready to collect they were as rude and un helpful as the rest of their staff and took over an hour to find my parcel which by the way was damaged after all that. Seriously do not use this company avoid at all costs!
