It is hard to give this even 1 star, because the delivery is aimed at you missing it. It offers services which ONLY allow delivery to your hand. You cannot pick it up anywhere even if it is quite cheap things that fit through letter box. 3 misses and you drive across the country to collect it, if the parcel has not been stolen or vanished.

As per usual yodel driver didn't turn up and then said they missed me - an utter lie - i was tracking on line and was "next" for about 2hrs but the driver never got any closer. I am gettingto the stage whn if I know the company I am buying from use Yodel then they are not getting my custom

Don’t ask. Held my parcel for days, it was a present for my son and it missed his birthday. Staff on their helpline fobbed me off with false information about delivery dates. 3 times. Awful Company

BEYOND PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced anything like this delivery company! Apparently they can’t find my address no other company has had this issue? They then told me it would be delivered the next day great 👍🏼 they never did!😡wasted a lovely sunny Saturday for my item NOT To be delivered!!! Two weeks later 20-30 minutes each day contacting them and still nothing!!! They don’t even know where my parcel is or if I’m ever going to receive it!!! THIS IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!!

Very bad service I didn't receive my parcel till now but they sent a photo of mail slot with a parcel although the the parcel is very big it will never go through this slot It was a fake delivery

Late delivery with absolutely no way to contact them to ask what's going on. Getting in contact with their customer service "team" is a nightmare once you realise it's all AI slop that just spits the same no-helpful phrases at you constantly.

Havent got a clue where my parcel is. Was supposed to be out for delivery and then isn't. Can't get in contact with anyone . Phone or live chat. Its a complete nightmare

A retail order that should have arrived yesterday but as I expected it didn't turn up. Went on the app as the tracking suggested put details in and response was no tracking found because it wasn't a yodel order so why advise this in the tracking section. No updates until this afternoon to advise its due between 15.40 and 17.40. I've had issues with yodel before. They need to know when a bad job is done just give up and maybr sell up. Their a waste of time. One star is too much for them so I give minus stars

I hate Yodel with a passion. The parcel was sent to me, I requested it to be sent to an in post. Confirmation given with delivery window. During that window Yodel sent an email saying they could not deliver. No reason given, sending back to supplier. This was the second attempt. The parcel had been returned previously to sender as I requested the parcel to be sent to one of their drop off points. I was told to wait for an email which will have a code. Email never rdcieved found out later that the item was returned. They are a joke and dont care about customer care.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Yodel. I was expecting a parcel today, only to be told there was an “attempted delivery” because the driver supposedly couldn’t find my address. Strange, considering the house has been in the exact same place for 7 years and every other courier seems perfectly capable of finding it. It honestly feels like no proper delivery attempt was made at all. I now have to hope tomorrow’s attempt is handled by someone who can actually locate an address and do their job properly.

The driver either can't understand English or just doesn't care, I left specific instructions to leave my parcel at the rear door,where was it left? on the front doorstep in plain view, absolute rubbish

If I could put zero I would! Worst courier ever, can't understand why companies use them!! Told parcel was being delivered Thursday 14th May, never received. Trued calling ,automated chat which said need more info onaddress then cut me off!!! Called Dunelm, who said give them another 24hrs. Then got email today to say being delivered between 4.30 and 6.30. Surprise! No delivery. when you look on tracking its not even out for delivery!!wish someone from top level yodel addressed the issues @@@!

Absolute rubbish couriers they give you tracking then just don’t deliver they say they tried but were nowhere near us at all I was checking their progress- you can’t speak to a person to try and help they should not be allowed to get away with this

Advised after changing time slots all day that my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox . Odd as the parcel I was expecting was a large box of dog food not able to go through letterbox. I received someone else’s packet.the adddress was not even close. I told Yodel and got sent round in a loop all morning. No attempt to resolve , they kept insisting I had received the parcel even when I sent them the evidence that what I had received was not mine. My dogs food is still missing and no one came to the the other persons packet meaning they are without what they ordered. I assume the box has been misappropriated . It was perishable. I am beyond annoyed.
