Very very disappointed. I waited in all evening and continually refreshed the delivery update page. No one ever buzzed my flat or left a card, and the delivery was eventually marked as 'attempted'. I contacted the customer service chat and was told the driver tried delivering to the wrong address. I have no idea how or why this would have happened but it seems to be happening to many other people as well. I was offered no real help and I am just hoping my package is delivered eventually without damage. If you have a choice, do not choose Yodel.
