Yodel has apparently delivered 3 times a parcel but there were any card left. There is staff 24/7 in the building who can collect parcels. When I realized it I contacted customer service on the webchat kindly they promised me to deliver again for the 4th time as it was 23rd of December I asked to add to ring the office bell if none was st home. Ageing the driver said he left a card...no card has been founded. I called them again spoke with a webchat I was very angry as it was a Christmas present. Gas been promise it will be delivered again on the 28th of December...I have been the whole day at home and yodel decide to send my parcel back to the supplier. How can the driver won't find a place where I receive parcels nearly every day without any problem? Where are staff 24/7 who can collect parcels even if I'm not st home!! Very bad and poor service!!! Drivers with bad attitude and not thinking to customers!!!
