Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I have to. An absolute disappointment of a company who fail to do the minimum of what a delivery service should... DELIVER!
Why reputable companies use them I do not know! After going back and forth and expecting a delivery everyday they have now told me they have lost the parcel!
They also lied and said they tried to deliver and left a note. No note and if they tried to deliver it they must have had my parcel surely.
