chaotic and absolutely unprofessional, tracking is no existing as they never know where my parcel is. the customer service in the webchat has no intention to help or find out what is going on with your parcel, they just read the tracking information that you also have access to and read before contacting them. Whenever I see that my parcel is going to be delivered by Yodel I'm anxious. Avoid like plague.
