worst company i’ve ever dealt with. waiting on and expensive order to the highlands, attempted delivery (apparently), and after missing it due to there being no tracking information whatsoever, i rebooked for the next day. Delivery wasn’t even attempted and after waiting all day decided to contact them via webchat - useless. Was told it was booked in for collection the next day (as per my request as i was sick of waiting), to then drive miles and get told the parcel wasn’t even there. Proceeded to wait AGAIN only this time all weekend, was meant to be delivered again today but again, no attempt even made by the looks of it. No tracking info, no updates, no card through the door. Absolute joke of a company.
