My package was supposed to be delivered on a certain day. I tracked the package all day and when it there was only five steps left before mine, I waited by the window to make sure I wouldn't miss it as it was an important delivery. As I'm sat by the window waiting, I get an email saying that they will try to deliver again tomorrow because no one is in (despite the fact my whole family had been in all day due to lockdown) and that they had left a calling card. Yet no one had been to the door and obviously there was no calling card. We wen't on a live chat with customer service, and they confirmed that they had scanned our package for away from our location, so again confirming they didn't even try to deliver the parcel. They then assured and promised us that the parcel would be delivered the next day with no problems.
It get's to 1pm the next day, and my parcel still hadn't left the depot. I wen't on live chat to speak to someone to explain what had happened and that I had been told I would receive it today. The customer service person just told he would re-arrange for it to be delivered tomorrow. I declined and explained that I had been told I would receive my package today so he informed the depot. I then followed up by saying I would be making a complaint if I didn't receive it today and he ended the chat immediately. I then wen't back onto a live chat an hour later, where I got told my package would be delivered. The delivery did not leave the depot, and has not been delivered. The customer service was poor and they are yet to deliver my order which is very important. They did not stick to their word, and they keep failing to deliver the parcel. Absolutely unacceptable.
