I had a package delivered that was empty.
The box was handed over to me by the driver. (no social distancing) in such a way that it appear that the seal was in tact. Unfortunately it was not and the item purchased was not in the box.
I tried to raise issue through complaints process three times but each time the communications process came to a quick halt.
Will never use again if I am aware of which suppliers use them. (Ebuyer.com in this case).
Please make sure you check the contents immediately if you get something delivered by these folk.
