Shocking service. Tracking not updated. Parcel left on my doorstep which is not safe. Luckily I was in and saw a person walk past a window with a parcel so checked my doorstep. Driver already in his van about 6 meters away. Tracking then updated and stated parcel had been handed over to me. How could I make a claim if it was stolen and the driver has a different version of events. Shocking.
