Wasted precious time on webchat, only for it nto to be followed up. tried again next day, "customer service" said they couldn't even find my parcel and the tracking info was wrong. It was the same info I provided the day before! Tried a new webchat...low and behold they found it. Then just said nothing we can do, 28 days has passed, kindly do one, sir.
Not to mention that the webchat doesn't work properly on mobile as the icons for cookies and webchat (ironically) cover up the send and attach buttons.
