WebChat staff try to help but how can they when the company themselves are liars or, maybe, even thieves. Same story as so many on here - no-one in so could not deliver - left a card. Except that there were two of us in, I have signed-for items from Post Office in the Yodel delivery window and there was no 'card'.
Mind bogglingly bad - and I have spent many years as a courier driver in my life so I've seen a few cowboys!
