Yodel failed to deliver, tracking stated "delivered to customer" but it certainly was NOT delivered to me. Tracking stated that it had left the Bristol hub, so got lost between hub and my address. I suggest delivered to wrong address. Requested photographic proof of delivery that they are unable to provide. Ebay purchase so refund from seller is unfair as she fulfilled her responsibilities. According to Yodel the Seller has to chase Yodel for compensation. Left seriously out of pocket
