I had to contact Yodel report their tracking showing me 0 persons ahead for more than 30 mins with driver tracking over 5 miles away. No help from web chat. Now tracking claims they left me a note. Really hope the gov looks into the performance of Yodel on this contract and recovers some of the tax payer funds under breach of conditions.
