Never had a problem with ASOS deliveries, but for my last order they've used Yodel. Yodel says they have delivered my parcel; they haven't. They have given a false description of my address to 'prove' they delivered it, and now both ASOS and Yodel are just telling me to 'double check' I don't have the parcel. I've now had to raise it as a dispute with the bank to get my money back.
ASOS, if you're reading this, DROP YODEL! Why, why, why, are you using them? They clearly don't deliver parcels to the correct address and I don't know how many customers you have to hear this from before boycotting them.
