Yodel delivered a parcel yesterday but to the wrong house, the wrong house is at least 150 yards from our house in a very small lane. The names of the two cottages bear no resemblance at all to each other. Both cottages have distinctive house signs on them, and to cap it all the poor man where the parcel was delivered to had to load it in his car and bring it to us, and it was very heavy and large. Where on earth do they find these drivers from. Service was rubbish.
