I ordered flowers from M&S to be delivered to my mother for Easter. I received a text saying they had been delivered and checked with my mum, no flowers! checked with Yodel who said they had been delivered to another address but they would sort out on Tuesday so 4 days later which is not ideal when it's a fresh flower delivery! On Wednesday after still no flowers I was sent a photo of flowers delivered to a doorstep I do not recognise, certainly not my mums. (see photo)Yodel saying it's not their fault as they have two addresses; mine (billing address) and my mum's (delivery address) neither of these addresses have had flowers delivered. Very, very poor service, you must do better Yodel!
