Delivery text received stating delivery by 9pm. 12.26 text received saying parcel delivered. Not the case. Tracking numbers said incorrect number as did telephone enquiries. No card left Asked where the parcel was delivered. Web chat said delivered 'nearby' and suggested I check with neighbours.
Unacceptable, it could be anywhere. Told them to contact driver and find out where he delivered it! They've said they will reply in 24 hours. Watch this space!
