I took time off work to receive parcel, got feedback that they hadn’t been able to access the property. I’d had 3 successful deliveries from other services that day. On raising this was left uncertain that I would receive delivery that day but asked to wait in for a further7 hours. Apparently the parcel had been scanned some distance from my address. I don’t live in a huge town so I’m sure it’s not beyond yodel to retrace so that delivery takes place on the day agreed. Disappointing service.
