I have regularly had failed deliveries from yodel. The driver doesn't know how to use a map, they don't drive all the way down our lane to the point marked on google maps to the postcode. they mark the failed delivery as unable to gain access to the property one day then can't find the address the next. You can't get the phone number of the local depot from their call centre in africa.
I am still waiting on my delivery of perishable items and I am going on holliday for 2 weeks
