Yodel told me my parcel was delivered- it wasn’t. They said they delivered it to a neighbour- it wasn’t. I tried to call the helpline but they cut off customers without a tracking number? (My delivery card wasn’t even sent, so I wouldn’t have the number.) I then tried online support and the guy tried to brush me off and gave me the helpline number?
I had to contact asos instead. I went round my block five times knocking on doors until I found my parcel. It actually ruined my day! Do not trust them
