So I bought some items from overseas and it was sent to the UK and Yodel was the UK partner. After 3 weeks with Yodel, they have finally come back and told me the parcel is lost. So for 2 weeks they have been telling lies after lies. That my parcel's label was damaged, there is backlog with depot, it will be delivered today, tomorrow, withing 48 hours...all complete lies.
Disgusted by this company and I am pretty ccertain their drivers or staff has probably stolen my items.
Avoid Yodel at all costs unless you are happy with them stealing your parcels.
