Received a text message saying my parcel would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm this was sent around 2 hours before delivery time and rearranging my whole day for this delivery. The delivery did not arrive. When I checked the tracking number it said delivery was tried and a card was left which did not happen. Yodel if you can't complete a delivery do not lie and say its the customers fault for not being home.
