Long story as short as possible! I placed an order and estimated to be arrived last Saturday (11/09/21). I waited all day long on the delivery date but nothing was delivered. But out of the blue i got a text that my parcel has already been delivered. After contacting the Yodel customer service, i learned that its been delivered to one of my neighbouring properties. After chasing Yodel customer service, i have been told to look for parcel in neighbours. so they have audacity to tell me to knock every neighbours door to fetch my parcel, instead of accepting their mistake and simply refund my money cuz bottom line is I paid to get stuff delivered to me, not to my neighbours. Till date I am still chasing them to get to conclusion and to get the need full done to me.
I will never, never, never, ever...use #Yodel again. If i want to order an item and if they ship with Yodel, I would rather wont buy any item as simple as that. Or use different courier even if cost me more. #Yodel sucks...period.
BUYER BEWARE--Do not use Yodel even if its last courier exists in whole world. You've been warned. I wish someone warned me too.
