Avoid!!!
I have recently ordered something on ebay and the seller posted it via Yodel. And although tracking number shows it was delivered, I did not receive it. I contacted Yodel 3 times with regards to this. Each time I was told they will investigate it and get back to me. But they did not. Zero communication from their side. Furthermore, each time I contacted them, they provided conflicting information. Tracking number was showing it was delivered on the 7th Sept, but in fact it was not. I contacted them on 10 Sept and was advised that according the driver's location on the map, the parcel was delivered to my address that day (i.e. 10 Sept) at 17:59. However, it was only 17:09 when the advisor said this; thus I am not even sure how this could be possible. When I contacted them again few days later, they said the last time I was given wrong information. Eventually when I contacted them the 3rd time they said according to their records it was delivered. End of the story. Nobody was willing to help, they treat customers like a nuisance. Thus, save yourself a lot of frustration and money and avoid Yodel!!!
