I have been waiting for my parcel for 10 days now but the tracking says it is on transit. Tried to contact on ph but that is automated so there is no way I can contact. Had chat 4 times in webchat service but they are unable to locate parcel rather asked me to contact seller for a possible solution. They do not provide any slot of delivery which is very frustrating for customer. I do recommend the business to use DPD even they have to pay a bit more. Using cheaper service but losing parcel in the end is way more expensive. On the top, the business will lose customer too. I would never use Yodel for any delivery due to their poor service.
