After 3 days of failed deliveries and 4 conversations with customer services, Yodel decided to deliver my package to a random address in a different post code, on a different road. This was only brought to my attention when by chance I decided to check the tracking app and was kindly told me that it was left ‘with a neighbour’.
I have basically been told by customer services that there is nothing they can do and they will ‘look into it’. I requested a reference number for the ticket that has been raised and was informed that I may not.
I have never had an issue with any other delivery company. And I will actively choose to avoid shopping with outlets that use Yodel as their preferred shipping agency
