My parcel said delivered and handed to me. I was at work. Contacted them via chat (it’s impossible any other way)
The person I spoke to said, I can see from the sat nav it wasn’t your property. I live in centre of town, needle in a haystack trying to find it. He said they would investigate and get back to me in 24 hour. 5 days later they emailed saying, we are unable to assist you any further, contact the company you purchased from.
Why does anyone use yodel, they are absolutely the worst. It’s not the 1st time this has happened!
