My parcel was left in the street outside the wrong adress (similar adress though) and then when I queried it I was given no help other than false "evidence" that the delivery driver said he sent it to the correct adress and so it was obviously sent to the correct adress... The evidence was a photo of someone elses front door down the street where the parcel was left. Having contacted the seller I had confirmation that they had my correct adress, however Yodel continue to give me nothing but empty advice to check details with the seller and that the delivery driver is always right. No accountability and basically gaslighting emails telling me that I received my parcel when all they do is further prove that it was sent elsewhere. Also whilst chatting for assistance on web chat I was sent a massive response in a matter of seconds with someone elses name in it, as instead of adressing each customers needs individually, they copy and paste generic responses. Has 1 star because it doesnt let you do 0.
