Yodel confirmed my parcel had been delivered when it hadn't, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone to question where my parcel got delivered to and then 3 days later it turned up, but was just sat outside my house, no one had attempted to knock on the door. I also then had an email a couple weeks later to say a parcel has been delivered but no indication of where the parcel was coming from so I was unable to track what was being delivered. Communication is just so poor from them and no real effort in trying to resolve issues.
