I have been isolating for almost 4 weeks due to my son testing positive and then it spreading through the house so done the majority of my Christmas shopping online. Unluckily for me, the majority of the parcels are now with Yodel. So far (since 2nd December) I have only receieved 8 of 20 (4 have been returned to sender without even trying to deliver, 2 have notes saying they couldn't deliver due to poor weather conditions and the rest just have a deliver by date of 7th December). Tried to speak to someone via Live Chat but was asked to contact the company I bought the stuff through - not much use with Christmas in a week! Luckily out of isolation Friday so should be able to do a Christmas shop this weekend but poor poor service. I completely understand this is peak period and I had hoped I was a one off but it seems so many customers are in the same position :(. If you cannot cope with demand, please do not sign up to deliver so many parcels.
