Clearly through looking at the reviews, there needs to be a complete overall of the system at Yodel. Drivers are held to an unrealistic amount of deliveries in too short a period of time, therefore leading them to either leaving parcels in unsafe places or not delivering them at all and marking them as delivered. So annoying as now have to go through the waiting period with the company the product was originally ordered from and deal with their customer service too.
