If I could give them 0 stars I would. 2 appalling experiences in recent weeks. First one yodel lost my parcel (which was my daughters birthday present) and the attitude seemed to be “oh well 🤷♀️“. Second one was some flowers which I sent to a relative, vase was smashed to pieces and the box looked like it had been used for a game of football. So my experience of yodel is; it’s complete pot luck if you get your parcel, and if you do, god knows what state it will be in. I wonder how these stay in business.
