Ordered on 12th December from the North Face company who use Yodel for their deliveries. On 16th December informed parcel sent and tracking number. Kept checking yodel app and nothing appeared and on 18th December message saying won’t be long. Checked app and said delivery would be on 20th December. On 19th December was checking my messages and seen 2 from Yodel first one saying delivery would be that day between 13.21 and 15.23. Next message saying your parcel delivered at 13.51. Went to my door no parcel, checked around house and with neighbours no parcel. Went on we chat with Yodel they said they would have to speak to driver. Monday 20th tried web chat again no response. Called Warrington office automated answer said package handed to customer, never was and not even a knock on the door as4 adults and a dog at home all day on 19th when parcel was handed to customer according to Yodel. Reading reviews on Trustpilot and on Reviews.io this is typical of Yodel and The North Face. Find out what courier a company use and if Yodel don’t order. As for The North Face don’t order on line direct whilst they are using Yodel for their deliveries.
