Tracker said my parcel had been delivered, not true as I was at home at the said time. Contacted the driver who's details were on the tracker, he informed my he was not the driver but would phone me back, he didn't. Contacted Yodel via web chat, they confirmed driver had delivered it to the correct address but would interview the driver and would email me back within the next 24 hours. Did not receive a response so contacted them again, I was told response would be within 24 working hours, no surprise did not receive a response. Contacted them again, they reverted to the driver has delivered it and I should contact the seller so basically they have washed their hands of it. Cannot get a replacement in time for Xmas so need to go to Plan B whatever that may be !!!!!!!
