Delivery drivers just do what they like as the blatant lies they tell are red ridiculous.
I waited in for a delivery yesterday and kept track off it.
3 drops from mine and it suddenly changes to we require more address details. ( they have delivered to me 3 times in the last week)
I phoned there customer service and eventually got through after 40 minutes.
Apparently the driver could not find my house. You would have to be blind ,deaf and dumb not to be able to find it. It’s also the first house in the street. House has also been here since 1965 so not a new build or a new street.
Last week they managed to deliver half my delivery to me and half to my neighbour at the same time.
The driver probably had to much delivery’s and decided he was not doing them all.
I personally would never use them and don’t understand why large company’s are using hem for delivery’s as they are terrible.
