My package was delivered to the wrong address, they took a picture of it inside the lobby of the wrong building but because it's nearby YODEL said the geotag placed it as delivered successfully. I received no notification and was in touch with the seller within the 14 period but YODEL claimed no such enquiry had happened and therefore they would not help me. This leave me out of pocket, the seller can't / won't do anything and YODEL will not help me and even hung up on me when I tried to speak to them.
