I'd give a score of minus 5 if i could, shocking company! Rung up five times now, keep getting different answers. Parcel has been sent back to the retailer in a bulk consignment apparently even though it was marked by my local driver as delivered to me last weds. I've explained I didn't buy it from a retailer it's from a private seller on vinted. I asked which retailer it's been sent to and the advisor said they don't know, the parcel was put in a box and has been lost. I mean wtf?? If it's part of a bulk consignment sent to a retailer, surely they know the retailer? There's absolutely no traceability despite a supposed tracking system. I've been assured three times this would be investigated and they'd get back to me, but every time I've had to chase them up, they've never got back to me. The 4th time, despite saying I'm the recipient, the advisor thought i was the sender! These people don't listen and they don't care. You just get a half hearted "Sorry you're having problems with your delivery." No you're not, you don't even make the effort to sound sorry. As for the driver, why the heck mark the parcel as delivered when you know you haven't delivered it....i think it might be called stealing. I'm absolutely disgusted with this joke of a company!! Nothing is done about them though, even after all these bad reviews.
